Welcome to Stickman Ride. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Use of the Site

Stickman Ride allows users to:

• Reserve classes
• Purchase ride packs
• Access their accounts and bookings

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under your login credentials.

2. Payments

All purchases must be completed prior to booking a bike. We accept online payments through Mindbody and in-studio purchases through Shopify.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

To cancel a ride and retain your credit, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that ride credit.

Cancellation options:

• Log in to your account > “My Bookings” > Cancel
• Call the studio directly

If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the class, the ride credit will not be returned to your account.

4. Arrival Policy

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class begins.
Riders who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will not be permitted into class.
If you need to leave early, please notify your instructor before class starts.
Bikes may be released to the waitlist if you’re late and haven’t informed reception.

5. Risk & Waiver

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

• There are inherent risks in physical activity
• You are medically cleared for exercise
• Stickman Ride and its affiliates are not liable for injuries or damages incurred

6. Data & Privacy

We collect personal data to provide services and improve your experience. Your information is securely processed and never shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including branding, design, images, copy, and structure — belongs to Stickman Ride. No material may be copied or used without written permission.

8. Website Usage Restrictions

• Use bots or data-mining tools
• Overload the site with traffic
• Use the site for commercial purposes

9. Media Consent

By booking and attending a class at Stickman Ride, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during sessions and within the studio space for marketing and promotional purposes.

These materials may be used on:

• Our website
• Social media channels
• Email campaigns
• Digital and printed marketing assets

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please inform the front desk before the class begins, and we will do our best to respect your privacy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes must be brought before the courts of Barcelona.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
