1. What is Stickman Ride?
It’s not your average spin class. It’s rhythm-fueled, beat-synced, heart-pounding chaos — on a bike. We ride in the dark, we ride loud, and we ride together. Born in Barcelona, made to break the rules.
2. Where?
We’re based in the Heart of Barcelona. Carrer General Alvarez de Castro 6, El Born, Barcelona — ride zone central.
3. Do you offer trial classes?
First time? Hell yes. We’ve got a 2-for-16€ first ride promo so you can feel the chaos without breaking the bank. One class is never enough.
4. How do I book my first class?
Just hit “Book Now” on our site or app, pick your bike, and show up. We’ll take care of the rest.
5. How long are the classes?
45 minutes of music-fueled madness, sweat, and power — with a deep stretch at the end so you float out.
6. Do I need a class pack?
You can only ride with class packs. We’re also on ClassPass and Urban Sports Club. No pressure — choose your ride style.
7. Are all classes the same or are there different intensity levels?
Same format, different vibe every time. No levels, no choreography — just ride to the beat and go at your own pace.
Whether it’s your first ride or your 10,000th, our coaches got you.
8. What language are the classes in?
English, Spanish… or both. All our coaches are bilingual and bring the fire in whichever language gets you moving.
9. It’s my first time. What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and good vibes. We’ve got you covered with cycling shoes, towels, water, and even post-ride shower goodies.
10. I need to cancel a class. What do I do?
Cancel up to 12 hours before class straight from your account. Any problems? Hit us at hello@stickmanride.com.
11. Can I transfer or share my credits with someone else?
Yes! Any pack with 3 credits or more can be shared with friends or family. Spread the ride love.
12. When does my pack activate?
From the moment you click “purchase,” your pack is live.
13. I want to become a Stickman coach. How do I do that?
Think you’ve got the fire? DM us or send an email — we’re always scouting new talent.
14. My pack is about to expire. Can I extend it?
Drop us a message before it expires and we’ll do our best to sort you out.
15. I bought something at the Stickman retail corner. Can I return it?
NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS.

17. Can I get a refund on unused class packs?
Nope. All pack sales are final — no refunds.
18. Do packs expire?
Yes — each pack comes with a validity period. Make sure to check when you buy.
19. What if I get injured?
We ride hard — but at your own risk. Stickman is not responsible for injuries in the studio.
20. Is the music volume safe?
Absolutely. We keep it at 91 decibels — safe and certified. Need a break? We’ve got free ear plugs at reception.
21. I’m out of shape or a beginner. Will I survive?
100%. Stickman is for everyone. Our coaches make sure you feel safe, strong, and supported — no matter your fitness level.
22. How often should I come?
Start with 2–3 rides a week and build up. Trust us — you’ll want more.
23. Do you offer group bookings or corporate discounts?

24. Can I rent the studio for a private event, birthday, or something fun?
YES. We love chaos. Close the studio, crank the music, and throw your own ride party. Email us at Hello@stickmanride.com.
25. What happens if I miss a class?
You lose the credit — that’s it. But be cool and let us know. A quick email or IG DM goes a long way.
26. What if I show up late?
You’ve got a 15-minute grace window. After that, doors close. No exceptions.
